Foster dad sentenced to 100 years for raping girl, 13, but claims that she wanted him to impregnate her with syringe
A Nebraska man was sentenced to at least century in prison for raping his 13-year-old foster daughter and saying that she impregnated herself with a syringe of his semen.
Omaha’s Brandon Weathers, 39, claimed that the young girl in his care wanted to get pregnant with the medical device, but was sentenced to between 100 and 160 years behind bars.
“I’ve heard a lot of things, working in this building over the years. And that sir is one of the most ridiculous,” Douglas County Judge Shelley Stratman said during sentencing, according to the Omaha World-Herald.
The young girl divulged to her sister that she had sex with “Mr. Brandon” within the first two months of staying with him and his wife.
After originally denying that they had sex while speaking with authorities, she told her therapist about the assaults.

Weathers, acting as his own lawyer, said that the girl wanted to get pregnant using a syringe (file photo) of his semen.
She also said that Weathers sent her to the store to get a pill because "something got inside her," but she refused to take it, according to the Scottsbluff Star Herald.
In November 2014 she learned that she had become pregnant with his child, though ultimately had a miscarriage.
Prosecutors said that even after she and her sister were taken from Weathers’ home, he gave her a pay-as-you-go phone and continued abusing her in his car and at his work.
The now-15-year-old testified about the grooming process and affection that he showed her.
Weathers acted as his own lawyer during the trial, forcing his victim and his estranged wife to answer his questions.
She and Weathers’s wife had to answer questions from the defendant when he acted as his own lawyer.
LaQuela Weathers filed for divorce after her husband was accused of the heinous actions toward their foster daughter.
Prosecutors dropped another case from another teenage girl against Weathers.
