An Ejigbo Magistrate court has ordered the arrest of a 38-year-old woman, Mrs Mary Joan Adeiekwe for biting off the ear of her employee, Nkemakolam Chinwendu (above) at her hotel in Lagos. According to PM News , the victim Nkemakolam, a graduate of Business Administration from the Lagos State Polythecnic LASPOTECH was recruited as a manager in Mrs Adeiekwe's hotel located at 38 Olusesi Street in Ikotun, Lagos some months back and was placed on a salary of N25,000.

                                               EFCC boss, Ibrahim Lamorde The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has arrested two former bank employees ─ Amina Magaji and Haruna Namadi ─ for defrauding the late Emir of Kano, Alhaji Ado Bayero, to the tune of N17m. A dumb criminal, Daniel Sion Palmer, who attacked and dispossessed a tourist of his valuables has been arrested after he went back to complain that the gold chain he stole was fake. The 26-year-old Palmer was accused of stealing jewelry from a tourist in Miami Beach, Florida, but he was furious about the quality of the goods and returned to the victim to complain.

Senator Ifeanyi Ararume hasn’t exactly left the Peoples Democratic Party but his utterances and support of Governor Rochas Okorocha suggests that its only a matter of time. After being denied the opportunity of being PDP’s governorship candidate in the 2015 governorship election, Ararume forged an alliance with Okorocha, candidate of the All Progressives Congress against Rt. Hon Emeka Ihedioha, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party.

Troops of the 7 division of the Nigerian Army have killed dozens of Boko Haram insurgents in Alagarno village and neighboring communities in Damboa local government area of Borno State, a battle which lasted for over 48 hours according to locals who fled the area to MAIDUGURI, the Borno state capital. A man, Chukwudi Obi, has told the Oshodi Grade B customary court in Lagos State that he used to force his wife, Nkechinyere, for sex throughout their eight-year marriage. “Ever since I started living with my wife, she never allowed me to have sex with her. I had to force myself on her before we had our four children,” Obi said. Obi was responding to a petition by his wife seeking a court order to stop his plan to marry another woman.
